AFGO 2020

June 2019, Francis Cade, Paul Evans and I rode for Movember across some of Europe’s most iconic mountains. In all we rode 2500 Kilometres and 45,000 metres of elevation. To date we’ve raised £9000.00

The reason I chose to ride has been well documented, my own personal battle with depression and two suicide attempts motivated my ride in 2019. I have since decided to help others who like me have suffered in silence and to raise money for Movember.

For 2020 I have decided to open up the ride to others, we’ll spend a week fully supported riding through some of Europe’s greatest climbs. I’m currently looking to run the route through Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, Italy and Switzerland. There will be a limited number of spaces available, supported by a knowledgeable team of guides and staff alongside myself, Paul and Francis on the later part of the trip.

A minimum donation direct to Movember will be required to join and the route, price and exact dates are TBC very soon.

More information on AFGO 2019 can be found HERE. For me it was a trip of a lifetime and I would love to share the experience in 2020.
